Job Description:
The Chartering Assistant will support a team of experienced ship brokers in managing our charterers inquiries and also assist with pre and post fixture operations.
Key responsibilities include:
(a) Coordinate global circulation of cargo orders to our exclusive network of principals and brokers
(b) Assist in preparation and execution of charter party contracts
(c) Provide timely support to our customers through proactive management of post-fixture operations
Qualified candidates will be provided with a unique opportunity to grow their knowledge of the shipping and chartering management industry.

Candidates with past work experience in shipping and chartering activities are preferred.
